The standard of education in Gibraltar is extremely high, there are a number of junior state schools and also The Loretto Convent a wonderful private school. The secondary schools are state run and split into boys and girls, the level of GCSE passes is one of the best in the world. As a Gibraltar resident education is free and also a grant can be obtained for University education in UK.

Most schools teach Spanish as a second language and as such almost all Gibraltar residents end up with A’ levels in Spanish.

With over fifteen gaming companies employing some 500 staff each Gibraltar really has become the gaming capital of Europe. Employment in these companies can range from Secretarial to marketing, through to Human resources, accounting and customer services help.
